WindshieldHUB

I experienced an issue with a windshield repair service provided by Windshield Hub. Following a repair attempt on a chipped windshield, the technician indicated that a successful repair was not guaranteed and suggested a full replacement might be necessary. However, I was assured that if the repair failed, the initial $125 payment would be credited towards the cost of a new windshield. Unfortunately, the repair failed within a few days. Upon contacting Windshield Hub to arrange for a replacement, the promised discount was not honored. Instead, I was offered a $40 reduction on a $410 replacement, despite having already paid $125 under the understanding it would be discounted. Had I been aware of this outcome, I would have opted for a direct replacement initially. I am disinclined to continue engaging with companies that I perceive as intentionally misleading their clientele. Based on this experience, I have concluded that Windshield Hub lacks integrity, and I will not be utilizing their services in the future.

I booked with WindshieldHub after a different company promised same day repair and then couldn’t follow through on it. I was beyond pleased with my service. It was convenient to book online, they came to me which was wonderful, and it was still reasonably priced for all of those elements! The technician was kind, professional, and efficient. I highly recommend WindshieldHub to everybody!

I blew out the rear window of my daughter's 2014 Jeep Patriot with a rock from my lawn mower. That was 2:00 p.m. on Friday by 11:00 a.m. Saturday windshield Hub had responded, provided an estimate and my windshield was replaced due to their rapid mobile service. The technician was knowledgeable efficient, professional and Incredibly friendly, highly recommend.

Did a great job. Very quick and friendly. They were also the least expensive of the other places I looked into.
